This error shows up when, before weekending, a payment is still pending and needs to be accepted.
To check if you have awaiting payment:
1. Go to Mobile Collections. On the left hand-side of the screen, see if there's a pending payment and click on it.
2. Check the date of the payment. Once confirmed, exit from here and go back to mobile collections.
3. Click on Handover Selected Collection located on the lower left-hand side of the screen.
4. It will be transferred to Awaiting Acceptance, click on it.
4. On the lower left-hand side of the screen, click the Accept All button. A message box will pop up asking to confirm processing of payment, click Yes.
