If the image below pops up when you log in to Gumtrue on your Desktop computer, this means that you use the software in 2 or more computers with different versions and your computer most likely has the outdated one.
To update Gumtrue on your computer
1. Check the version number of the other computer/s (this is located at the top of the login screen in Gumtrue)
2. Once confirmed that the other computer has a higher version than what you have on yours, copy the Gumtrue application from that computer to yours.
3. Paste the application in the same location to your computer.
4. Select Replace the file in the destination.
After doing all solutions above, and it has not been solved, please contact us.
