Updating Geo Code for a customer

This is a safe parking location for the customer that the drivers can use for reference, and this feature helps drivers in navigating shops that they are assigned to.

Here’s how to update a Geocode on Google Maps:

1. From your Internet browser, open Google Maps.

2. From Google Maps, search the customer's address

5. Locate a safe parking location, then right click on it.

6. Click the geocode to copy.

How to update Geocode on Gumtrue:

From Main Menu

1. Go to Data Entry.

2. From Data Entry, go to Customers.

3. From Customers, select a customer. You may enter the round number and/or search the customer’s name for easier navigation.

4. From the customer dashboard,Click Modify Customer or on your keyboard, press CTRL+M

5.Paste the Geocode you copied from Google Maps, then click save.
