This message pops up when Gumtrue files are located within Google Drive, and it's not running. Opening Google Drive usually solves the issue.

To start Google Drive

1. Click on the Start Menu

2. Search for Google Drive and Open.

If the Google drive system tray icon is greyed out, it's not signed in. By re-opening Google Drive, it may sign in automatically, or you may have to enter your login details to sign in.

After doing all solutions above, and it has not been solved, please contact us.
