Unexpected error 75 Path/File access error

This error pops up when the system cannot make a connection between the path and the file name


Below are the steps you can do to fix the error. 


After each solution, try to generate the file again and see if it's working.


Solution 1


Make sure PDF is closed - Check all browsers, and PDF Reader tabs and close them.


 Try to generate the file again from Gumtrue. Did it work? If yes, disregard the next solutions.






Solution 2


Close Gumtrue and Open again


Try to generate the file again from Gumtrue. Did it work? If yes, disregard the next solutions. 






Solution 3


End Background process for Gumtrue using Windows Task Manager


- Before opening Task Manager make sure Gumtrue application is already closed.

- You can press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. 

- Look for Gumtrue under the Process tab. If Gumtrue is not it in the said tab, disregard this step and move on to solution 4. 

- Right-click on it and click End task. 



Check if it's running in task manager. If Gumtrue is not located in the Task manager, you may dismiss this solution and move on to the next.


Try to generate the file again from Gumtrue. Did it work? If yes, disregard the next solutions. 





Solution 4


Make sure OneDrive is running (Only if OneDrive sync in use).



 Try to generate the file again from Gumtrue. Did it work? If yes, disregard the next solutions.






Solution 5


Locate and delete the file.


 Try to generate the file again from Gumtrue. Did it work? If yes, disregard the next solutions.





Solution 6


Restart computer


After doing all solutions above, and it has not been solved, please contact us.
