ActiveX component can't create object

This error comes up when you're doing the weekending and your computer doesn't have Microsoft Office Access installed.

Make sure you have Microsoft Office installed on your computer. This is needed in order to download your backup files. If you don't, here's a quick way on doing the weekending without downloading the backup file.

Note: This is a temporary fix in order for you to be able to do the weekending, otherwise you won't have the backup file on your computer.

From the Main Menu

1. Select Control Panel.

2. From Control Panel, select End of Week.

3. A new window will pop up, untick the download a backup, then click Start.
