Gumtrue requires your computer's short date format to be in UK format. Otherwise, it will show the following error.
How to change short date format via control panel
1. From the start menu, search and select control panel
2. Under Clock and Region, select change date, time or number formats.
3. In the Region window, click Additional settings button located on the lower-right hand side.
4. A new window will pop up, select the Date tab at the top, and enter the date as shown in the image below.
