Changing product prices one at a time is a lot of work and can be very time-consuming. This feature allows users to update prices in bulk by group, discount type and/or round.
1. Go to Data Entry.
2. From Data Entry, go to Products.
3. Select the item/product that you want to update, then on the top right-hand side, click Bulk Price Up
- A small window will appear where you could select when and where you would like to apply the price update.
- From – effective date of the price update
- Group – Select If you have a certain group where you like to apply the price update otherwise click “999-All Groups”
- Discount Type – Allows you to select items with percent or fixed value discount
- Round - Select If you have a certain round where you like to apply the price update otherwise click “999-All Rounds”
- Action – Select how you would like the price update to be.
- Increase – Added on top of the current sale price.
- Decrease - Deducted from the current sale price.
- Set One price – Fixed price set for all customers.
- Product – Item selected at the beginning. You may also change the product from here.
- Value – Where you enter the value or price that you would like to apply.
- On the lower right-hand side of the window, click Process for all customers where this product exists.
