Merging two Products

This feature helps you merge two products by removing the duplicate, and keeping them in one code that you want to keep.

Note: It's best to merge a product after the weekending is done to avoid accidental mistakes in case both products are in use.

           If a customer has both products with different prices and were merged, Gumtrue will use the higher price between the two.

Here's how to merge two products:

From the Main Menu

3. Select the product that you want to merge and keep.

4.  Select the product you want to delete.

5. click Merge Products.

6. A confirmation box will appear, click Yes.

7. Once done, another message box will appear confirming that the products merged successfully.
