Pending Orders Customer Report Feature

The Pending Orders Customer Report tool helps you view customers who have not yet placed their orders. This tool allows you to track and ensure all customer orders are accounted for using various order methods like telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, etc. 


The tool provides filters to show only pending orders and includes options to mark customers who do not want deliveries or are suspended.


Key Features (Only customers with the following details will be included in the list)


1. Order Method Tracking - Set the order method for each customer from the customer details window.





2. Delivery Days Management - Set designated delivery days for each customer. Easily view which customers have not placed orders based on their delivery schedule.



3. Contact Management - Refer to the link below on how to add contacts to a customer.

4. No Order Management - If a customer indicates they do not want a delivery for a specific day, you can mark this in their customer dashboard.


Exclusion from Report:

Customers marked as "No order" for the day will not show up in the pending orders report.


Note: To enable it back, do the same steps as above then click Enable Order, otherwise it will reset once weekending is done.


5. Customer Suspension - Can be marked from the customer dashboard - modify screen.


Inactive/Suspended customers will not appear in the pending orders list nor in the mobile app until they are marked as active again.


6. Generating the Pending Orders Customer Report - Once above details are set select the appropriate filters, then generate the report by clicking on View Filtered Customers.
