Updating the VAT number to show on customer invoices

From the Main Menu

1. Go to Control Panel.

2. From Control Panel, click System Variables.

3.On your keyboard, press the down arrow until you reach VATNo showing on the left side of the table.

4. On the right side of the table, fill in the Value that you want to enter on the message.

5. To Save, Press Esc located on the upper left-hand side of your keyboard or press enter or the arrow down key until you reach the bottom and an option to Save or Cancel will appear.

6. Press Enter to Save.

7. When an invoice is generated, it shall show your VAT information.
