How to send a WhatsApp template message to customers

A. Sending bulk template messages



1. From the Main Menu, go to Control panel, and on the left-hand side, under Integrations, click WhatsApp.




Customer Filter Explained:

ALL: The chosen template will be sent to ALL customers who have WhatsApp numbers.

Example 1: Send a message to ALL your customers regardless of tag.




Example 2: If you have an assigned tag for your customers - you may select the appropriate tag.




No Orders: The chosen template will be sent to customers who have WhatsApp numbers if the following conditions are met.

  1. The customer is marked to have a delivery for the following day.
  2. There are no orders entered for the customer for the following day.


Example 1: Send a message to your customers with no orders tomorrow, regardless of tag.





Example 2: If you have an assigned tag for your customers - you may select the appropriate tag.







A. Sending template messages to individual customers.


From the Main Menu,

1. From the Main Menu, go to Data Entry.

 

2. From Data Entry, go to Customers.

 

3. From Customers, select a customer. You may enter the round number and/or search the customer’s name for easier navigation.


4. From the menu bar, go to Integrations, then select WhatsApp.


5. Select the template and click the Send to this customer button.
