Deleting a customer

Note: Deleting customers is a feature we don't keep available in the front-end as this will delete the customer's historical transactions and to avoid accidental deletion of records

Alternative option:

You can mark the customer as inactive or move the customer to a dedicated round for closed customers.

2. Change the Round number via How to modify or change customer details and change round number

Once they are placed in one round and if you still would like to delete them, please send a support ticket to support@gumtrue.com and our backend team will delete it for you.
