Deleting a customer transaction

Transaction types to take note of:

INV = Invoice

OPN = Opening Balance

ADJ = Adjustment Sale

CRN = Credit Note

PAY = Payment


From the Main Menu


1. Select Data Entry.



2. From Data Entry, select Customers.


3. Select the customer you want to copy the prices from. You may also narrow down your customer list by, entering the round number and/or customer number on the search bar.


 

4. After selecting the customer, in customer dashboard, Click Transactions or on your keyboard, press CTRL+Q.



6. From the Pop-up windowselect the payment that needs to be deleted and right click.

7. From the context menu, select Delete Record.


8. A small confirmation box will appear, click Yes.


Note: Depending on the number of transactions, it may take a while for the transaction to be deleted. Keep the window open until the transaction has been deleted, and the page is refreshed.
