Entering a customer payment

From the Main Menu


1. Select Data Entry.



2. From Data Entry, select Customers.


3. Enter the round number of the customer.  You may also narrow down your customer list by, entering the round number and/or customer number on the search bar.


 

4. After selecting the customer, in customer dashboard, Click Payment or on your keyboard, press CTRL+P.



4. From the drop-down, select the payment type, then press enter in your keyboard and enter the amount paid by the customer. You may also enter the discount amount if there's any. Press enter to save.




5. You will see the payment you entered posted in Transactions.
