This feature allows you to enter customer orders in bulk using a template, and upload it to Gumtrue which is a fast way to import large quantities of data into the system rather than entering it per customer.
From the Main Menu
1. Go to CSV Dashboard located on the lower right-hand side of the screen.
2. Select your preferred template : CSV or EXCEL.
3. Fill out the columns depending on your selected template.
4. Fill out each column for every payment. Once done, Save it in a location that's easier to find, i.e., Desktop
4. Select "click here to choose the CSV file" and select your saved file, then click the appropriate button depending on your selected template.
5. A CSV/Excel file will be generated to let you know if there are any errors while importing the orders. If there are any, It should let you know which line item is having an error.
6. Once it's successfully imported, it shall automatically reflect on customer dashboard.
