Entering a message to show on all customer invoices

Allows users to add or display business bank details, price increases, show promotion and terms and conditions on customer invoices.

 

1st Option:

 

From the Main Menu

1. Go to Control Panel.


2. From Control Panel, click Global Invoice Msg.

3. From the pop-up window, enter the Invoice message you’d like to add.


4. Changes made will appear here:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2nd Option:

 

From the Main Menu

1. Go to Control Panel.

 

2. From Control Panel, click System Variables.


3. On your keyboard, press the down arrow until you reach INVMSG1 showing on the left side of the table.

4. On the right side of the table, fill in the Value that you want to enter on the message.

5. To Save, Press Esc located on the upper left-hand side of your keyboard or press enter or the arrow down key until you reach the bottom and an option to Save or Cancel will appear.

6. Press Enter to Save.

7. Changes made will appear here:
