Forgot to enter a new customer from the past week? This feature shows you how to copy a customer from current week to back up weeks.
Note: Customer prices won't be copied.
From the Main Menu
1. Select Data Entry.
2. From Data Entry, select Customers.
3. Select the customer you want to copy the prices from. You may also narrow down your customer list by, entering the round number and/or customer number on the search bar.
4. After selecting the customer, from the Main Menu on the top right-hand corner, select More Options.
5. From More Options, click Customer Statement Filter
6. A small window will appear where you can enter the date you want the customer to be added in.
7. After selecting the date, On the Main Menu, select On Backup Weeks.
8. From On Backup Weeks, select Create Selected Customer.
9. You should see that status on the lower left-hand side.
10. Once done, a small message box will appear showing All Processed Successfully.
