What's new in the Gumtrue mobile app

In the Android app you'll find the customer form, approvals, reports, statements, stock, order and login changes. They're all marked "(Android app)" below. 

Gumtrue on your phone

• Web app screens fit a phone: Lists turn into cards, forms stack neatly and dialogs fill the screen, across sales, purchasing, bank accounts, treasury, pricing and weekly orders.
• Filters in one button: On a phone, list filters sit behind a single Filters button with a count, so the list starts higher up the screen.
• The till on a phone: The till now fits a phone screen. Exit stays in reach, and the basket folds into one bar with the total and Charge.
• Add and edit customers (Android app):Add customer and Edit details now open the full customer form, with addresses, terms, invoicing, head account and rounds, just like the web app.
• Approvals on the go (Android app): Managers can approve, reject or withdraw requests from the new Approvals screen. A badge shows how many are waiting on them.
• Reports (Android app): The new Reports screen has Aged receivables, Sales summary and Stock valuation, all built for a phone.
• Finance home (Android app): Users set up with the finance home see sales this month, money owed and overdue, money in today, waiting approvals, the biggest balances, and bank and cash balances.
• Statements from the customer page (Android app):Statement and Outstanding open the customer's statement, which you can print, share or Email straight to their contact.

Payments that land where they should

• Any method, any account: You can take any payment method into any bank or cash account. The method suggests your usual account, every account shows whether it is Cash or Bank, and you get a note if the pairing is unusual. This also applies to expenses, supplier payments, and to Record payment and Sell now in the Android app.

Stock you can trust

• Low stock uses each product's own minimum: Stock levels, the product page, the till and the Android catalog all show low stock against each product's minimum level, not a fixed 10.
• Count or adjust one product (Android app): The product page and the Stock screen show on hand, available and allocated stock, with minimum and maximum levels you can edit. Tap a row to count it or adjust it, or use Set opening stock.
• Stock screen (Android app): Tap a product to open its stock. The Low and Out counts work as filters, and the list keeps loading beyond 100 products.

Orders on the Android app

• Drafts behave the same everywhere: Every order list offers Edit, Confirm and Delete for a draft. Edit opens it on the order sheet or in the basket, whichever you use.
• Filter your orders: A Filters button narrows orders by fulfilment, invoice status, who created them and price list.
• Round codes: Rounds show as "CODE - Name", you can search the list by code or name, and a new round gets the next code for you.
• Product pricing on the product page: A new Pricing section lets you edit the product's prices without opening a unit. It uses your own currency symbol, and the photo is now at the top when you create a product.
• Recent deliveries: On a supplier page, tap a Recently received item to see the whole delivery note.

Smaller things that save time 

• A new sign-in page: The Android app has a new sign-in screen. Once you've signed in, your company code is remembered, and you get clearer messages and a Caps Lock warning. On Android your password manager can now fill in your login. 
• Invoice status on the Android app: Invoices show Overdue, Partial and the new credit statuses. An invoice in credit shows the credit available.
