Is it possible to add an extra option in the customer field to mark them as Active, Inactive, or Suspended and the reason for suspension can be noted in customer note?

Is it possible to add an extra option in the customer field to mark them as Active, Inactive, or Suspended (with values 1 or 0) and the reason for suspension can be noted in customer note?
