Is it possible to implement an option where when users create credit notes, they are presented in a manner similar to mobile collections? This would allow administrators to have the choice to either approve, amend, or decline these credit notes.

Once they are issued with a description it appears up like mobile collections for the manager to verify and review before accepting the credit note

This way they can enter all credit notes anytime and we can approve, decline and amend them
