Collection list filter to exclude closed customers

Please add a feature to the collection list reports. A filter to filter out customers who have not taken delivery for a specified period of time, so once the report generates, it shows customers who are within the period of time first, then at the end shows all the ndw customers, in order of time since last delivery.
