This release helps you count and see your stock faster and gets the till in and out of your way
Stock counts you can trust
Stock at a glance: A product's page now has a Stock Available card showing what is available across all your locations, with on hand and allocated underneath and a Low or Out label when it needs attention.
Enter what you counted: Adjusting stock now offers Enter count beside Adjust by, so you type the number on the shelf and Gumtrue works out the difference for you.
Counts that stay right while you work: The difference is worked out at the moment you save, so a sale or delivery made while you were counting no longer throws your count off.
Totals on the Stock Levels tab: The product's Stock Levels tab now shows totals across every location above the list.
A till that fits around your day
Start a till sale from anywhere:Till sale is now in the New menu (press T), and "New till sale" is in the Ctrl+K command bar.
Exit takes you back: Leaving the till returns you to the page you opened it from, instead of always dropping you on Sales.
A clearer choice when you leave: Leaving the till with items in the cart now asks Keep for later or Clear sale, so you can empty the cart and leave in one step, or come back to the sale later.
Finding orders and invoices by when they were made
Created column on Orders: The Orders table's Created column now shows who made each order and when, and you can sort by it.
Created column on Invoices: Invoices can show the same Created column. Turn it on from the column chooser.
Newest and oldest on a phone: On a phone, the sort menu on both tabs now includes newest and oldest created.
Smaller things that save time
PDFs named after the document: Downloaded and emailed PDFs are now named after the number printed on them, such as Invoice-INV-000118, so they are easy to find and file.
Downloads from the PDF viewer: The PDF viewer now uses its own Download and Print buttons, so every saved file gets its proper name.
A New menu you can see in dark mode: The New menu now stands out from the page behind it in dark mode, and its tiles put the labels first.
